Your Stories

If any of you out there have a customer service problem we would like to hear from you. After all it's our hard earned dollars that pay these people who treat us like WERE the problem and there doing us a favor. Maybe we might be able to help each other out, or let us know where NOT to shop. I do know if you mention you have a blog on Bad Service on the web sometimes the managers attitudes change. Hope to hear your stories and maybe WE can change one store or service at a time for the better.

Home Depot Update

Home Depot finally sent me an email apologizing for the lack of service. They went one better then Lowes.Home Depot sent me a $20.00 gift card and sent it over night. In my opinion as far as customer service goes Home Depot has it over Lowes. Just remember If you have a problem with a Store or service and you can't resolve your problem verbally ,write or send an email to the main office that way there is a record of the problem and it won't just go away like it never happened, also take names and or employee numbers. If they won't give it to you (which has happened) ask another employee,they may be helpful.
